As Corporate Director Greater Middle East (VP), I was a leading member of the team tasked with launching Accor's presence in the region:

I oversaw the implementation of the group's policies across all business units and brands, ranging from branding, operations, training, and human resources to CSR initiatives.

I played a key role in addressing complex operational challenges, including the opening of Sofitel ZamZam Grand Suites, the then group's largest property worldwide, located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

By ensuring alignment with Accor's brands standards and driving excellence in various operational areas, I contributed to the successful establishment and growth of Accor Hospitality in the Greater Middle East region.
