As President Hotel Operations, I was instrumental in spearheading the modernization of hotel operations for the group previously known as "Sharaco" and now "Dur Hospitality," Saudi Arabia's oldest hospitality group.

 

Taking on responsibilities at both the corporate and property levels, I oversaw a thorough review of organizational tools and processes that had not been updated for over two decades.

By successfully implementing transformative measures, I rejuvenated and positioned the group's operations for contemporary excellence.

Furthermore, I played a crucial role in the successful launch and execution of "Makarem," Dur's in-house brand dedicated to Islam's Holy Cities of Makkah and Madinah.

Through careful planning and precise execution, we elevated the brand to compete with top international hotel brands, providing exceptional guest experiences.
