At the Emirates Academy for Hospitality Management, I held the role of Senior Lecturer and contributed as a key team member during the pre-opening phase at this renowned hospitality academy situated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 

My responsibilities included overseeing the Rooms Division Department teaching.

Additionally, I established a revenue center that delivered specially designed training programs to Accor Hospitality for their properties across the Middle East region.

 

Our department focused on providing personalized training to aid Accor properties in improving their skills and delivering exceptional service standards.
