Upon my arrival at the PLM-Azur Marina Park Hotel in Miami, Florida, (a Pullman International Hotel) my goal was to revitalize this 350 rooms and suites property, located across Bayside and the cruise port, which had an average low occupancy rate of 20%.

 

As Deputy General manager, and with a multicultural team of over 100 employees, we were able to transform the hotel into a thriving establishment.

 

By the time I departed, the hotel occupancy rate had consistently exceeded 85%, resulting in a strong financial performance.
